Too bad a majority of our forces are in Iraq and Afghanistan fighting Bush's war on Terra

I wonder if LA and MS would be blue states if Katrina happened before the last election

i know for a fact that people from fort hood are coming. fort hood is the largest active army base in the US. there are about 50,000 troops here and they are all here. the last of the troops came home from iraq in march.

its going to take a few squads of good old fashioned civilian death squads to stop this shit. urban combat scenarios at thier worst. sniper city and all that.. im as humane as they come, but this shits gotta stop. send in the marines, or do whatever the hell it takes to make the streets safe and get the few decent people left in nola out.

or march a few companies of infantry through the streets with orders to shoot if they feel threatened. and acouple of sniper teams. i bet a tank or a bradley would also straighten up some of these assholes.

Are they even arming the national guard? My dad used to be in guard and when some riots broke out in the 60s, they tried to stick him there to quell the violence with no weapons
